I’ve lost 4 pounds! This was a result of the no-sugar and then starting weight watchers. Still working out every week. I’m hoping to go to my first WW meeting next week. My car is in the shop so I wasn’t able to go today.
Basically, WW is kind of like counting calories except I do it more frequently because I’m paying now. I’ve figured it’s all in my head, so I knew if I was paying for something I’d be more obliged to keep it up.

weight watchers is going well. it’s pretty much like counting calories except they use a different system to count based on proteins/carbs/fats balance. i’m hoping to go to my first meeting on Wednesday so beer me strength.
So thank you to yikesstripes for explaining that honey should probably be avoided during my no sugar month.
I’ve stocked up on fruits to eat if I ever feel like something sweet, but so far, I’ve been doing okay.
Maybe possibly when I get to the halfway mark of this month, I was thinking I should cut back on the amount of carbs I eat to see if that could also make a difference in my weight loss. I wouldn’t do something like a no-carb or low-carb, but a change where I wouldn’t have as much carbs as I do now.
